ROI Consul can also serve as the liaison with Epicor technical support to troubleshoot issues or apply recommended fixes.
ROI Consul Help Desk Support complements the Support Services already included in the Epicor Maintenance Agreement and, therefore, ROI Consul strongly recommends our customers remain on the most current release of Epicor and continue to pay annual maintenance.
Customers on monthly support contracts benefit from reduced service rates; which are based on the prior months usage.
